Rings and Time has been producing quality carvings and timepieces since 2004. It is our mission to combine wood sculpture and clock movements resulting in fine pieces of art that are environmentally friendly.
We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to use Mother Nature's inventory of trees downed by lightning or decay, carve clocks and prepare them to receive fine movements.
When the clocks have reached the end of their useful life someday, we ask that the movements be given to a clock maker for recycling into other clocks and the sculptures be returned to the woods to decay and give back nutrients to the soil in true Cradle-to-Cradle fashion.
