Masks and Metaphors
Cory Bonnet has always appreciated the inherent beauty of Pittsburgh and its surrounding neighborhoods. His latest series, “Visions of Pittsburgh” is a reflection of the optimism in the city Cory calls home. Bonnet’s paintings can be found in local galleries, businesses and private collections.
Denver Colorado was home to Catherine Geronimo for 18 years where she worked as a jeweler/wax artist. Now an art educator living in Pittsburgh, Geronimo’s paintings are rich, fluid and engaging.
Dianne Baumann, an art educator and painter for 20 years, has added masks to her repertoire. Incorporating terra cotta, canvas, yarns, gemstones, wire, and hand-dyed fabrics, her creations are statements of love, spirit and peace.
Amy DiMichele paints on canvas, furniture, chapel walls and stained glass. From personal journeys to spiritual perceptions, DiMichele documents a belief that all people share the desire to express human frailties and immortal triumphs.
